1. I've read that Tote Wines Shiraz & Sauvignon Blanc are both premium wines. Any truth to this one?
Yes, absolutely, 100%. We love great wine here at Tote Wines and we have made it our mission to source the best wine available. We have performed blind tastings on numerous occasions with other wines from the same region that retail for a significantly larger price tag and we can proudly say that both of our Tote Wines products have been crowd favourites.
2. How much wine do Tote Wine pouches hold?
1.5L - The equivalent of 2 standard sized bottles that you would buy from any retail outlet in Australia.
3. How long do Tote Wine pouches last for?
Under normal environmental conditions, Tote Wines pouches will last for up to 12 months unopened and up to 4 weeks once opened. That means you can now have a glass of premium wine at your convenience, without having to open a new bottle every time you want a drink.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days from the date of order with orders generally delivered within 2-5 business days after having been dispatched. Delivery time frames are in accordance with our courier provider's service for domestic deliveries.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any representations made as to indicative delivery times are limited to Australia and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. We do not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered by anyone as a result of any such delays.
5. How much does shipping cost?
We currently offer a flat rate of $10 per carton for Australia wide shipping*.

6. Are your wines vegan/vegetarian?
We are very happy to say that yes, the entire Tote Wines premium range is vegan & vegetarian friendly.
During the production of our wines, we have not used additives or fining agents containing any of the following:
- Milk or Milk Products;
- Nuts or Nut Products;
- Fish or Fish Products;
- Eggs or Egg Products; or
- Beef Products.
Our wines have also not been made from, or have had added, any ingredients that originated from a genetically modified or engineered source.
7. Are there any preservatives in Tote Wines?
To prevent oxidisation, some Sulphites (preservative 220) have been added to our wines during the wine making process.
8. What can I use Tote Wine pouches for?
Anything & everything! Tote Wine pouches are great for any activity where glass bottles aren't practical. For example: hiking, camping, boating or picnics on the beach or in the park. Not into the outdoors thing? Our pouches keep the wine fresh for up to four weeks once opened which allows you the flexibility to enjoy a single glass of premium wine in the comfort of your own home, without worrying about wastage.
9. Can I take Tote Wine pouches on an aeroplane?
Yes, absolutely! Because there is no air in our pouches, they won't expand or contract as the pressure within the cabin changes during flight.
10. How long will the pouch take to chill?
Our pouches will chill 1.5L of wine down to drinking temperature in only 15 minutes from room temperature (compared to a glass bottle, which can take up to 40 minutes - pfft!)
11. How are Tote Wine pouches better for the environment?
Our pouches are 100% recyclable and create a carbon footprint one fifth the size of a glass bottle during the manufacturing process making them the most cost effective and convenient method on the market to carry and consume premium wine. Check out our Lean & Green page for more details.
12. What if I don't like your premium wine?
If for some reason you are not 100% happy with your Tote Wines purchase, you can return it to us anytime for a replacement, full refund, or a credit . Please see our Returns page for more details.
13. Can I have Tote Wine Pouches delivered to anywhere in Australia?
Unfortunately due to certain local alcohol regulations within some towns & cities, there are several postcodes within Australia that we are not legally allowed to ship to. Please see our Shipping page for more details.
