RETURNS POLICY

If for some reason you are not 100% happy with your Tote Wines purchase, you can return it to us anytime for a replacement, full refund, or a credit . To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement, refund or store credit and process it within 5 business days.

If you think that there is a fault with the products you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Care Team at sales@totewines.com.au. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the product(s).
